Electronic music group, founded in 1967 by Edgar Froese in Berlin. After Edgar Froese's death in 2015, Tangerine Dream's line-up now consists of musical director Thorsten Quaeschning, Hoshiko Yamane and Paul Frick.

It's now come to pass that the trio on this session represent the TD lineup that will be touring in 2022. If their shows incorporate a "session"/"spontaneous composition", then the standard of this recording is really promising. Since the "Seaside Stage" session, it's been clear to me that Q and Frick are very compatible, and when you add Hoshiko's knack for finding a melodic sweet-spot that levels-up the whole session, the future bodes well.
